All Systems Go!

It is exciting to walk with God. You will never know what is coming on ahead of you. Yet the assurance of His Presence, "I am with You" and His Power "My grace is sufficent for you; my power made perfect in your weakness" is so real and true. In one sense, i think it would be safe to say that we can handle anything. Not that we have great strength and wisdom to handle every situation that comes in our way. But that the God who is with us and for us is able to handle it. Our confidence is not in our ownselves....it is in the Lord.
Preparation for this Mission Trip has taught me many lessons. One of the most important thing is that we are able to handle various challenges if we have the assurance that God is with us. Even enomous challenges is nothing if we learn to look to God in prayer. This is not to say that facing those challenge would be an easy thing. But we have God with us, and we can look to Him in our pain and struggle. If we look to Him and do not give up hope, God will not disappoint us (Rom. 5:5). We really do have a God who loves us greatly. We can rely on Him at all times.I guess it is only when we are not walking with God...or the assurance of His Presence that things really gets scary. In those times, even the smallest challenge can throw us off tangent. Its not that God has forsaken us or abandon us. But it is because our lack of faith makes it difficult for us to claim the promises of God.

Throughout the last few days many things that has been happening which seeks us to fall away from God. I must tell you honestly, if not of the grace of God working in us, we would have easily fall prey to sin. God taught us to pray, "Lord i need your help. I am so weak and my heart easily goes astray from you. Please guard my heart that it will not stray away from you. Please guard our lips that we will not say something foolish and contaminate our bodies. Please guard our eyes that it will not see anything evil. We need you today, please help us."
Do pray for us as we go to Myanmar. We need
your prayer support! We need to be constantly connect with God. Didn't He say, "Without me you can do nothing"? (John 15:4). We need to keep our eyes constantly on the Lord...at all times. Do pray that we would be people of faith and courage. Sometimes God tests our heart to see whether we really believe what we say through our mouths. We must not fail God or stand in the way of His work. Do pray that God will reveal His glory to the people of Myanmar...especially to the youths whom we be ministering. We need to keep watch in prayer over this matter. If you take this challenge and choose to pray daily for us and the work in Myanmar, then you will also be apart of God's Work in this land. Our joy will be your joy. You will have a piece of reward in the victory that will come as a result of this work.
Let me end by saying, "It is not by might nor by power but by My Spirit," says the Lord. This is work of the Lord. Our lives are the work of God. May God's name be honoured and glorified in this Mission! Amen.
As i finish this write up God gave us victory in one major obsticle that we have been facing, Erreekka's passport and visa. Some where in between of writing this article the call that we have been waiting for so long and through many many prayers came to pass. Erreekka's Visa came through....right at the perfect time. If it has been a day later she would have not been able to go. By faith in prayer through the conviction of the Holy Spirit we...
- Purchased her airfare ticket, even when the Passport was not done

- Applied for her Passport even though it looked nearly impossible to get it done in a short amount of time
- Trusted God for the realise of Passport at His Perfect Time
- Through faith chased the Immigration Office in Sabah and KL (Rose helped us to do this)
- Got the Passport out and submitted to for the approval of Visa
- Trusted God for the release of Visa
Wow...this is incredible!!! It's a miracle!!! God is great and
trust worth..... I simply have no words to describe His goodness. Praise be the Name of the Lord!
